PS5 and Xbox Series S/X are ridiculously overpriced in India

Seems like this drama will never end and stupid brainwashed Indian people who lack critical thinking are justifying it again as usual as they did in the past. Many people i have heard saying both console companies (Microsoft and Sony) pay 40% custom duty, i don't understand why would they even receive special treatment from Indian government or officials, it's just another form of electronics.

In India many people blame GST for high prices of electronics but do they know that even Europe their 20% after sales tax which is 2% higher than India yet still gaming consoles and iPhones are pretty cheap compared to here and it just doesn't end here. PC Parts prices of many components such as RAM, HDD, CPU, GPU etc. are quite similar India compared to Europe so it does raise the question if gaming console companies are being greedy and / or retailers are desperate for high profit margins, could be one of the things or both.

When PS2 launched in India back in 2003 it was twice the price compared to USA and Sony claimed they have to pay 66% in import duty which was a huge lie as there's nothing even close to that mark and highest duty on any product is not more than 28% so this proves they are trying to fool us with high price tag and making petty excuses just to justify their in-competitiveness and fraud

Realme C3 Review, The Budget King of Indian Market

By far the best phone under 8k budget in terms of performance, the realme c3 took the whole world or atleast Indian market by storm. I was lucky to get it around 3 weeks before lockdown started. I was amazed by the feature packed Android 10, impressive, much improved and refined Realme UI which is the successor of ColorOS which many people used to dislike though it’s still based on same principles as it’s also called ColorOS 7 (Realme UI 1.0 technically).

The phone packs a massive 5000mah which provide decent backup 1 and half day with moderate usage. Being the first device to launch with powerful Helio G70 is also quite impressive as it’s a really good midrange level chip at entry level price. Custom Android 10 OS in it is just phenomenal with advanced gestures such as 3 swipe down screenshot, long SS, partial SS etc.
Initially camera seem to had major picture quality issues due to having blurry image with zoomed shots or far / out of focus objects and even normal shots weren’t that impressive which all got fixed the 3 software updates i received just under 1 month.

Sounds is quite loud and audio quality is okay too. No stuttering or any performance related issue in any task i throw at it such as gaming, rendering and even copying / moving files is very fast as it has emmc 5.1 which supports upto 400MB/s bi-directional speed which is faster than SATA 2 on my pc (though no anywhere near fast as UFS 2.1, let alone the latest 3.0 version of it).

Screen is very bright and picture is also very crisp which is expected on a IPS LCD display, screen is quite large too being 6.2″ it feels great to have such big screen size phone so now my older 5″ screen phone looks tiny compared to it and i have got well used to it now, at some point my one of my friend was doubtful if i will be able to handle it but then i felt companies making these phones must have something logical in their mind to go in this direction of bigger screen so it shouldn’t be an issue.
I have four major complaints about it though, no fast charging, usb type-c or fingerprint scanner and with such large screen i also expected a Full HD screen but HD+ is still acceptable considering the price of the phone.

So overall, it’s the budget king in market right now and if you’re solely looking for something to game one with smooth experience, high fps and high graphics then this is the one for you, ofcourse if you can deal with or ignore the minor issues it has which are pretty negligible, to be honest.
I own the 4GB RAM+64GB ROM variant and i also have my 4 year old Sandisk 32GB Class 10 UHS-I plugged in as well. It offers a dedicated sim card tray so you can use or have two nano-sims and 1 MicroSD Card upto 256GB expandable storage. I have the blue color variant, it has dual camera on the back with flash and single front facing selfie camera.

The UI feels quite slick, silky smooth and easy to use. Overall for this budget i would rate this phone 8.5/10. though providing such powerful device at this extremely low budget is not an easy task. But i would have those three missing features i mentioned earlier which do exist in Redmi 8 which also has the same price for both 3GB/4GB RAM variants respectively though it has significantly slower and older processor but people who are not diehard or serious gamers would want to have more convenience which it does provide satisfyingly.

Conspiracy against Mobile Brands of India

Remember the time when Indian brand were ruling the android smartphone market? That’s ancient history now. I remember being so joyful and feeling out of the world when Micromax became No.1 brand of India in October 2014. But that escalated rather quickly after Xiaomi entered the smartphone market. I also believe that were was some conspiracy done by Chinese companies to make Indian brands phones have poor perfomance and stability issues as that is what i experience on my Micromax Bharat 5 Pro android phone which i bought from flipkart. It was probably the cheapest 3GB RAM phone at that time and with humongous battery of 5000mah, i had really high expectations from it but i was bitterly disappointed later on after i found out so many critical issues.
First of all performance was really pathetic, even a basic game like Subway Surfers was running real slow.

After inserting my 32GB SD Card, every application would suddenly crash and the phone was sometimes suggesting to format so i thought there must be something wrong with it but the phone couldn’t even process that, the technician from flipkart came and he also found in his test that his memory was also having same trouble as mine in the phone, so we finally reached a conclusion that something was seriously wrong with the phone and decided to get a replacement, even with sealed pack i barely sold it for half the price which was a real bummer but i was happy that I at least got rid of it for something.

Nowadays, you will hardly see any major Indian tech Youtuber reviewing smartphones or tablet from an Indian brand. The reason is obvious, they are being paid by Chinese / American brands so Indian Brands don’t get much marketing and hence really poor sales and this is what has mainly caused their downfall. I am still amazed by the value a phone from Karbonn provides which launched earlier this year in may and I am looking to buy soon but due to financial condition i am obliged although it’s very affordable especially considering it’s specs. It’s named  “Platinum P9 Pro” and it’s probably one of the most high-end phone Karbonn made and only disappointing thing about is that screen is not HD otherwise a very solid phone for the price, as i mentioned earlier.

How Gaming on PCs is better than Consoles (XBOX Series S/X, PS5, Nintendo Switch etc.)

There has been alot of debate about various gaming platforms. For me personally, PC Gaming stands out in all of them. Today I'm going to share my opinion with which most people with even a hint of common sense would agree or appreciate. So here's my top 4 reason why PC Gaming is better than any of the current gen consoles such Xbox One X/S, PS4 Slim / Pro, Nintendo Switch or you could even say Soulja Boy Console 😜

1. Cheaper in Long Run

Silly console gamers claims that their console is much cheaper than PCs while in long run it's much more expensive due to ridiculously overpriced games while for PCs there are always sales on games like every other month on PC and generally PCs games price drop significantly as they get older while console games for most part maintain their high price over the years. Even launch price of games is cheaper for PC.

2. Free Online

I was a huge fan of Sony in past as they had free online for PS3, since that disappeared with the inauguration of PS4, we were left high and dry. Nothing could be more disappointing as they became rather greedy which this decision reflects.

3. Upgradeable Hardware

As the games are getting more and more demanding there's a decent need of upgrading regularly if you want stable 60fps in high / ultra settings. Though you can get away with no upgrade down the line for few years if you are ready to compromise your experience set visual quality preset to low or medium which might still give you around stable 40-45fps. My story with 750 ti now something similar. I have to turn down recent AAA games such as Far Cry 5 or AC Odyssey to 1080p low to get smooth framerates.

4. 4K 60FPS Glory

No console currently in the market could provide you this amazing experience. PS4 Pro does 4k but with checkerboard (literally upscaling) that too won't give you more than 30fps without being in Native 4k. While Xbox One X does have true 4k, it doesn't have any major game it can play at full 60fps glory at that resolution.

Budget Indian Gamers, Avoid Corsair VS Series PSUs at all cost

Corsair Budget PSU LineUp, VS Series Power Supplies are complete garbage. They might be cost effective but not even worth a single penny. I have heard numerous complaints from people having random reboot issues with these units. Avoid them at all costs, a much better alternative is Circle PSU which provide much better quality at similar price range. I see so many people buy Circle Cases for their PC builds but most of them ignore the potential of their PSUs.

I have owned a Corsair VS450 PSU unit which started giving me random reboot isues just under 4 months of moderate usage, while my current Circle 500W PSU is doing really well for more than 2 years. I can't tell much you how much i suffered due to random restarts issue due to this poor quality Corsair unit, it drove me nuts for more than one and a half year (oct. 2014-Apr 2016).

In early May 2016 i got this Circle 500 Watts APFC PSU which looked quite impressive right from the start, the cables looked premium though little disappoiting as no other than motherboard 24-pin connector had sheilding but that's acceptable at this price range and quality it possess. One of the best i liked about this PSU is 24-pin motherboard connector was quite slick and plugs easily in socket without using much force which isn't present in even some of the most high end PSUs.

So guys my conclusion is, if you are on a tight budget and want a long lasting quality psu and better life for your pc. Look nowhere else and get any 80+ bronze Circle PSU, earlier their PSUs (when i bought it back in 2016 they didn't 80+ certified units) but now they have quite a few of them. They have a good range of 450W-700W units which would serve you well.

Circle 500 Watts APFC Power Supply Review

My Stunning Looking Quality Circle PSU
So two years back i got this Circle 500 watts APFC PSU for my PC as my Corsair VS450 PSU was having random reboot issues that i had to suffer for 1 and a half year (Oct. 2014-April 2016). I got this PSU in early May, not only the price was great (i bought it for ₹2550) but the build quality was also above par. It's the cheapest 500W PSU in Indian market with AMD Gaming / Crossfire and Nvidia SLI certification.

One of the most satisfying thing i noticed about this PSU while installing it my PC was how slick Motherboard 24-pin ATX connector was. You don't need to put any force, just push it gently and it will go all the way.

It is silent and has a decent 120mm thermal fan which is barely audible even when your PC is running at full load. No overheating issue even when PSU is fully stressed.

There are 5 SATA Power Connectors, 3 Molex, 1 PCIe 6+2 pin, 1 CPU Connector with EPS 12V (8 Pin), 1 Motherboard Connector with 20 + 4 pin and 1 Floppy connector with 4 pins. Should be more than enough for average consumer.

Comes with 3 years of warranty provided officially by Circle so you don't have to worry if it fails or starts malfunctioning although it's unlikely with this unit as it offers tremendous quality, i would be surprised if it fails under 3 years even with heavy usage (14-18hrs per day) and expect it to last at least 5 years with normal usage (6-8hrs per day).

So far for me it's been really good, you can say Indian brands are excellent at providing quality budget products. I hope Indians brands can dominate the market in near future so our economy can grow, we can get rid of unemployment and most importantly poverty. Possibly in future people might realize that extra charge that MNCs take is not worth it, it's not for better quality but actually due to their greed of extra profit margins.

If OnePlus Phones can be priced competitively in India, why can't other namebrands electronics?

I am quite impressed by seeing how well OnePlus phones have been priced in India ever since their first official launch back in Late 2014.

The Official price of OnePlus 6 in USA is 530$ (₹36,000 approx.) In India the price is 35,000 which is barely 1,000Rs. cheaper than USA for base model. This also proves that Import duties and taxes have minimal affect on the final pricing of a product.

So we come down to the conclusion that most MNCs are making extra profit by selling electronics at about 1.25x to 1.50x higher prices compared to America or sometimes Europe. I think the current launch of OnePlus 6 has really proven my point.

That's the reason why building a decent hardware equipped budget PC is a dream for many. I am also in a dilemma due to high prices of pc components and using a pc back from mid-2011 which i'm eager to upgrade.

Though I have everything upgraded except monitor and processor ever since I bought but i still in a hunt for better CPU and bigger monitor.

Most of my upgrades have been budget oriented cheap upgrades like adding another 4GB stick, getting Asus H61 motherboard after my original one (Intel DH61WW) started malfunctioning due to mishandling, adding two Seagate Drives (1TB in early 2015 and 2TB in late 2016) as I initially had only one 500GB WD Blue HDD.

GPU and PSU upgrades for me were a must as they both were failing severely, my GPU had crashing issue in most modern games and my PSU used to cause random restarts and both i replaced 2 years ago (GPU in March 2016, PSU in May 2016). It was such a relief to see all those bogus issues disappear and now i could enjoy doing my stuff without any worry.

Coming back to the topic,

Apple, Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, Nokia, Google etc. are the major brands which people look up-to a lot. There's no second thoughts denying the fact they lead the big chunk of not only smartphone market and but other electronics such as DRAM/NAND Flash chip manufacturer (Samsung), Playstation; Bravia TVs; Blu-ray Players etc. (Sony).

We all are thankful to google for making Android Open Source thus indirectly offering people ultimate smartphones within the reach of their tight budget and who doesn't know about Microsoft for making the most popular and widely used Windows OS for computers.

Now just imagine if these major companies can be honest in their pricing policy then what wonders would it do for India, right? Our economy will get a huge boost, the share market would sky rocket and most importantly even middle class to some lower middle class people would be able to afford the electronics that are unfortunately in present moment considered a luxury in India.

I am hoping one day my dream will come true and we Indians would finally be able to get value for our money, especially in consumer electronics sector.

The Lie of Stupid "Science" We Live

Well, the world these days is simply stupid. Most of the things happening around make me cringe and yell so hard that it would blow the whole universe.

What stupid scientists don't understand is Humans are a form of universe or you could literally say are universe itself. What happens inside us has an effect on the whole universe (not only limited to earth) because the god designed it in such a way that everything is connected and our actions syncs perfectly with nature's harmony.

With all the stupid scientists we see these days are actually just a symbol of Satan (or even worse). They just try to decline the existence of higher power and believe that they can do anything without the help of nature or belief in spirituality.

If so, why can't a dead person be brought back to life without any hope of miracle?

How come the whole world is balanced, synchronized and organized almost perfectly?
